Dr. Ashish Gupta and Dr. Rafael Quintanilla from ATTD  (Assembling and Testing Technology Development) group of Intel Corporation visited MSLAB for the joint NSF-SRC joint project. Ashish and Rafael held a meeting with graduate students (Zao Liu and Hai Wang) and Dr. Sheldon Tan to review the thermal modeling problems and brainstormed new ideas for resolving the outstanding problems. Several new problems have been identified for the ongoing research.
