Dr. Tan  is the organizer and international chair of the IWECS11.  Hongzhou Dianzi University hosted the this event.. Prof. Lingling Sun, who the professor and vice president, is the general chair of this conference.  Prof. Yushun Guo is the local chair for the conference.

IWECS11 attracted more 30 international experts from US, China and Singapore. The workshop has 14 invited talks covering emerging RF devices to system level modeling and design.

Dr. Tan gave the opening remark for the workshop. He also gave an invited talk titled ÒThermal Modeling and Estimation for High-Performance Package and Chip DesignÓ in the workshop.
