Dr. Sheldon Tan visited the department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) of UCSD and presented an invited talk New Physics-Based Full-Chip Electron-Migration Analysis and System-level Reliability Management. Dr. Tan also visited Prof. Chung Kuan Chengs lab at UCSD.
