Kai He gave a talk titled "EM-Based on-Chip Aging Sensor for Detection and Prevention of Counterfeit and Recycled ICs", and Hengyang Zhao titled "Learning Based Compact Thermal Modeling for Energy-Efficient Smart Building Management" in the 34th IEEE/ACM International Conference on Computer-Aided Design (ICCAD2015) to be held in Austin, TX, Nov, 2015. ICCAD is one of the the premier conference in VLSI/EDA area.
