Dr. Tan has been elevated to the rank of IEEE Fellow, effective January 2025, in recognition of my career achievements and contributions to reliability and thermal modeling and analysis of integrated circuits.
 

IEEE Fellow is the highest grade of membership of the IEEE. It honors members with an outstanding record of technical achievements, contributing importantly to the advancement or application of engineering, science and technology, and bringing significant value to society.

This recognition would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of Dr.Tan's former and current students and postdocs. Dr. Tan would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to his friends, colleagues, and collaborators for their consistent help and support over the years.
